Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later.
Council ref: 402785.
The back hedges of No: 14 Badgate are over hanging the pavement of Browntoft Lane and causing people to walk on the road. There is no pavement on the other the opposite side of Browntoft Lane. There are OAPs and children walking down Browntoft and as this is quite a well used lane by cars, tractors., etc., there could be an accident. I had to report this problem last year and the matter was dealt with fairly quickly.
Thank you for your report. We will investigate and make an update to this report within 14 days.

Currently our resources are such that we have to restrict our efforts to dealing with encroachments that are considered a significant danger or nuisance to users of the highway. In this instance we do not intend to take any immediate action, however we will continue to monitor the site as part of our routine inspections of the highway and will review the situation as necessary. Thank you for reporting this matter.
State changed to: No further action
