Road surface issue problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 292768.

Asset officer Adge Baxter requests investigation into subsidence. He is programming surfacing work here next year and would like a network officer to look into the deppression east of the sudbrooke rd junction to ascertain if there is a drainage issue or other reason present for cw subsidence. Trevor Hines will meet Carl Parker on site to discuss further.
