Rain water unable to drain away sufficiently/camber of road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 402838.

Every time it rains heavily water gathers outside Lea's Garage, 206/208 Eastwood Road, Boston, Lincs and can spread across half the carriageway which is on a bad bend. Cars plough through and drench any passerby etc. This has been a problem for more than 3 years now and despite reporting in previous years nothing has been done to alleviate the issue. To an untrained eye it looks like the camber of the road is the issue and thus rain water unable to flow to a nearby drain.
