Brambles and overgrown tree

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 402901.

From the railway crossing at Sherwood Ave there are large Brambles all over the pavement from the crossing up to the bridge which goes under the railway, thereis also a tree overhanging from the railway obstructing the path. This whole pathway is a mess and unsuitable for buggies wheel chairs and restricted visibility as we have to avoid these all the way up stepping onto the road in places. I do understand they are from the railway land but they are obstructing a public pavement and the way they are going some will soon reach the road.
