Road surface damaged by a reversing van

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 403037.

Damage caused by courier using private driveway to turn around. Under run bar has cut into surface. We have CCTV footage available and the registration no of the vehicle and courier firm . Reported to courier company. I spoke to driver who didn't look to see the damage and drove off.
