Defective area around grid in previous road repair, causing excessive vibration in house and possible structural damage

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 403085.
This was reported 28/05/20, ref:- 371771. Anglian Water were contacted and the road surface around the metal grid was repaired. The vibrations in the house improved for a while, but gradually the vibrations from heavy lorries have become excessive again , although the grid area is intact. Anglian Water were contacted again today and they advised it is a Highways problem, as problem may be deeper in road, gully mentioned.
