Electronic Street Sign blocked by tree branch

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 35 minutes later. Council ref: 403136.

New Electronic Street Signs have been erected along the Avenue. At this location the sign has been blocked from view because of branches from an oak tree. The sign is unreadable until you are approx 10 yards away in a vehicle.
