Causing forward visibility issues and also when two vehicles pass the hedge rubs against the car. Please serve notice on the adjacent land owner/owners

Whoever has inspected the hedge clearly needs more training. The overgrown hedges on both sides of the carriageway is causing a serious forward visibility issue for motorists are cyclists. Can I request that you revisit this location and then carry out your duties under the highways act.
