Overgrown footpath and trip hazard

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 403492.
This is a public footpath from East bank Wingland,down to Nenelands, it has got narrower over the years and now when overgrown with vegetation it is nearly impassable, especially with a pram. There is also a hole near the bottom that is a trip hazard
