2 ft + pothole on junction with gradient

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 403993.
A very large pothole is located at the junction. This has got bigger and bigger over the course of 4 + months. Vehicles often struggle going up with traction issues especially if a lorry.

This fault is not on the publicly maintainable highway as this road is privately owned. To find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry at https://www.gov.uk/ government/ organisations/ land-registry Thank you for reporting this matter.

I believe this part of chalk lane is the highways responsibility. They did the work a few years ago and it's understood they are responsible for the first --25-30 ft approximately. See pictures of the work carried out and where it finished. You can clearly see the difference in road surface. Councillor Brewis has informed me the rest is the responsibility of SHDC. Please don't disregard this as not the highways responsibility. Check your records to see the history of this junctions repair. Thank you
