Overgrown trees and hedges obstructing footpath

Further to my previous report Council ref: 403291, you haven't actually addressed the issue of the overgrown hedges along the stretch of footpath that is NOT closed. PLEASE can you send contractors out to cut back the hedges / shrubs. As you can see from the photos attached, it is almost impossible to walk on the path, due to the overgrowth. The traffic flows at 60 mph along that stretch of road, resulting in a a significant risk to life for anyone walking along the footpath, having to step out in the road to avoid the branches. I await your positive response to this issue.
