Noisy manhole cover

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 404009.

Every time a vehicle drives over the man hole cover (which is extremely often with it being a main road) it makes a loud noise. As someone who lives on the road, and close to the problem, it becomes very irritating. It is located by the lights just outside of Adams Bay.
