  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. An officer visited site on 08/09/21 and whilst we appreciate your comments, from the external boundary there doesn't appear to be any damage to the fencing but an internal garden inspection may reveal damage. However, there is nothing dangerous here and the vegetation doesn't appear to be excessively overgrown. For your information, you are well within your rights to cut back any encroaching vegetation back to the boundary should you wish to, as long as it is completed without harm or ill health to any trees. Thank you for reporting this matter.

State changed to: No further action
