Holes in 50mph writing on road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 404298.

There are holes around the 50moh sign painted on the road. These have got worse and now when hgv travel over it the noise is shocking, vibration bad causing items in my house to move and rattle.
