Fault 396590. has been closed with no rectification

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 404375.

Surface degradation not rectified for over a year, faults have been rectified but obviously the survey team don't look past the inspection fault. The surface has broken up, potholes are forming again after they had been repaired recently. you need to drive down the center to ensure you dont damage your vehicle.

Why has this fault not been rectified, this week 26/7/21 a road was closed not more than 100m away and had a full resurface over two days, yet they haven't bothered to fill in the potholes or even attempt to rectify. This seems to be wasting time and money from the council. If this road was in Lincoln the road would not be in this state. It not even down to be rectified on the one network app.

  • We're sending you this message to let you know that we've assessed the road condition and at this time it does not require urgent repair. However we have identified this location for a larger scale improvement scheme. At this stage we are unable to give specific dates for this or definitely commit to the scheme because we prioritise these schemes based on condition compared with the rest of the County road network and the resources available to us each year. We will continue to monitor this location as part of our routine inspections of the highway in the meantime. Thank you for reporting this matter.
