Blocked drain due to sludge.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 404408.

Many thanks for getting back to me informaing me that you was unable to clean this drain gullie on Sliuce Bridge because it's not your responibilty as someone else owns this bit of property/land. I did reoprt this drain gullie a while ago because the grate was dirty and the water was unable to go into it and Lincolnshire County Council did come to clean it and I did get a email from you to say that LCC had cleaned it. So please can you explain to me why you now can't come back to clean out the bottom of the drain gullie, please?
