Blocked Drain.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 404428.

Many thanks for your recent reply regarding that you are unable to clean this drain until the next cleaning session in Boston and no further action id going to be taken. I have a letter from Rachel Dix on Lincolnshire County Council headed paper saying that a hand cleaning crew is going to clean this drain week commencing 16/8/21 referance number 2086805 and you emailed me saying it's not going to be cleand until the next time the drains are going to be cleaned in Boston. Please can you explain to me why I've had 2 differant stories from you?
