Blocked Drain.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 404429.

Many thanks for getting back to me regarding that you are unable to clean this drain until the next time the drain cleanising team come to Boston. I have a letter from Rachel Dix dated 4/8/21 on Lincolnshire County Council letter head saying that a hand crew is going to clean this drain week commencing 16/8/21 referance number 2086805. But you are saying that it's not going to be done until the next cleaning session. Please can you explain the 2 differant stories?
