Blocked drain

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 404430.

Many thanks for getting back to me regarding that you are not going to clean this drain until the next cleaning session in Boston and no futher action. I have a letter from Rachel Dix on Lincolnshire County Council letter head dated 4/8/21 referance number 208605 saying that a hand cleaning team is going to clean this drain week commencing 16/8/21 and you are saying that you are not going to clean it until the next cleaning session. Please can you explain the 2 differant stories?
