Good morning For your information the road markings have nearly completely all gone now. Can you tell me pleasewhen the work will be completed ? We are getting reports of near miss car accidents from our staff nearly on a daily basis. We do have the added concern of the new rules coming into force on the 29/1/22 as outlined below:
• Rule H2: Rule for drivers, motorcyclists, horse riders and cyclists At a junction you should give way to pedestrians crossing or waiting to cross a road into which or from which you are turning.
These changes mean that cars waiting to turn into the school could be exposed to the danger of waiting in the road longer while pedestrians cross the junction.
Kind regards Mr C Tory Site Manager Boston High School
