Excessive huge tree

I want to report the excessive huge tree outside my property on Dysart Road. It needs cutting back urgently, The tree makes my house dark, the front windows and both cars are covered in tree sap, which I have wash twice a week to remove the tree sap.This has been going on for 5 years, also it’s dangerous pulling out of the drive due to the size of the tree trunk. Three trees on Dysart Road have been cut back this week due to the same problem, the sap is also causing wasps to gather around both cars, which is an issue when you have a young child to get in to the car.
