We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. It appears that subsidence in the driveway has caused it to sink towards the footway and causing a rise of approximately 30mm. As this defect is on private property and is not directly caused by our asset we do not intend to make any alterations to the current footway. Thank you for reporting this matter.
