Keep clear not observed at Exchange Road/ Doddington Road junction as barely visible

Reported via desktop in the Road markings faded/missing category anonymously at 12:57, Thu 9 September 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 404795.

Keep clear markings badly faded virtually non existent across Exchange road /Doddington road junction.Traffic continually blocks busy junction, you have renewed markings to pioneer way and a small estate on the opposite carriageway, why not probably the busiest road on the stretch. Is near impossible at times to pull out. Other markings were renewed many months ago.

  • Now four months on and still no action despite twice being marked as scheduled are you waiting for an accident first ??

  • Thanks for reinstating keep clear to enter Exchange Road from Doddington Road but why has the keep clear not been reinstated on exit from exchange Road to Doddington Road. Absolutely ridiculous and therefore is still an accident waiting to happen. Been reported now for approx 6 mths.

  • Still not happened there are new keep clear markings on Doddington Road from Parksgate Avenue and other streets yet a busy roadlike exchange road only qualifies for a keep clear on the entrance from Doddington Road into exchange Road - why is this as I've repeatedly said its dangerous and used to be there. when you changed the report to complete, I also spoke to someone within your department but my report doesnt seem to have been added to this report. And how ridiculous are the double yellow lines that have been implemented as the lack of them outside ABBA plant Hire is a joke.
