Rising groundwater on verge and footpath outside front gate of 69 Holme Drive Sudbrooke

Reported via mobile in the Flooding category anonymously at 23:02, Thursday 9 September 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 404856.

There has been standing water here for over 10 months. It is getting worse and quantities have become more significant, even through summer. Anglian water have checked it’s not waste water, LCC have previously inspected it too. But it’s now getting stagnant. Algae is forming on it, theres pond life developing and loads of mosquitos. It does appear to be turning into a permanent feature and I don’t want to drive through a pond to get on my drive! It’s really close to a drain- there must be an easy way to tap into that drain. Our pavements are down for repair work so you will have workers in the area - can this please be included as remedial work somehow ASAP? Thanks
