Large mature Oak with significant basal decay

Reported via desktop in the Dying or diseased tree category anonymously at 10:40, Friday 10 September 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 404866.

This is a privately owned tree which has significant decay at its base as well as upper canopy die back; I suggest that the tree is surveyed to establish the current t/R ratio as it may pose a danger to the adjacent highway.
