Over grown tree and grass needs cutting

Reported via mobile in the Overgrown tree/hedges category anonymously at 15:51, Saturday 11 September 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 404933.

There is a sycamore tree on Pavilion Gardens that is overgrown and hanging over the garden of 49 St Margaret’s Gardens, Lincoln, LN6 8BG. It requires being cut back as it is very large and encroaching into our garden. In addition the grass/shrubbery along Pavilion Gardens on the left hand side as you enter has not been cut or maintained as it used to be done

  • Pavillion Gardens is not yet adopted highway so still sits with the developer Kier Homes. It is unlikely that the verge and trees will become highway either, just the path and road look included in the development. To find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry at https://www.gov.uk/ government/ organisations/ land-registry Thank you for reporting this matter.

State changed to: not the council's responsibility
