Blocked footpath for disabled people in wheelchairs or electric mobility scooters

Right where the pedestrian crossing is the beacon post sits in the middle of the footpath, you could get by until this Pizza & Kabab shop decided to put a barrier up outside the shop. Now you cannot get by if your in a wheelchair or electric mobility scooter, this has been done this season, (don’t know exactly when).

Could someone approach them about this issue and what trouble it’s causing, thank you.

    There has not been a thing done about this obstruction from when it was first reported Saturday 11th September 2021. I used to get updates from highways but that has stopped now. Waist of time using * fixmystreet.com
