Standing water and thick mud on my drive because there is no drainage

Hi - My drive collects all rainwater runoff and accumulates thick mud (and dead animal carcasses) due to the sloping road and lack of drainage.this occurs every time we have rain and I’m worried about the mess that this will turn into during winter. There is no obvious way for me to clean this up without pushing the mud back onto the road, so myself and visitors are forced to drive through it.
Can this be looked into / cleaned up by the council and drainage options investigated please? The photos are taken 2 days after rain, so what you see if the aftermath. The water level is much higher than this in the houses after rainfall. As you see in the photos there is no water or mud anywhere else on the roadway because it’s all on my drive and along the front of the grass verge in front of y property.

Can somebody actually respond to this? Well over a year since reported and you have done nothing. I still have inches of mud from the road that washes up at the access to my property because of the road pitch and lack of drainage.
