White lines completely worn away

Reported via desktop in the Road markings faded/missing category anonymously at 20:18, Sun 12 September 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 405035.

On both the entrance and exit to Pilgrim Hospital the white lines have completely worn away, leaving both junctions dangerous. On the "in" side, the whole refuge turning lane is gone, people are stopping all over the place and causing congestion. On the "out" side, the give way line is completely gone, no lines exist to delineate the edge of the exit or the slip part to the left. People are stopping short and causing backlogs into the Hospital because they cannot see to get out of the junction, others are pulling out too far so endangering themselves and others. Topping this off is that the line in the centre of the road is also gone, so the signal to oncoming traffic of the danger (long lines) is gone.
