Temp traffic lights not working

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 405073.

Temp traffic lights by the building site entrance on corner of Firth rd have not been working for 3 days at least. On one side light is permanently red, on other side no light shows at all. Drovers having to go round blind bend against trafffic. Has been like this since at least Sat 11th.
