Whole surface of the road badly deteriorated
Reported via desktop in the Road surface issue category by Lyn Cullum at 10:03, Tue 14 September 2021
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 405133.
Dunholme Road, Scothern is in an appalling condition and has been for over two years. This is partly due to the building of the new development which has now been completed. We were promised that this road would be resurfaced when the development was finished. The new development has had their road tarmacked for over a month now so I think it is time for Lincolnshire Highways to keep their promise and resurface the road before someone has a serious accident and before the winter rains set in as this will then pour down Dunholme Road creating an even worse surface! We have had increased large and heavy lorries carrying hardcore etc on this road in the last two years due to new developments being built at Dunholme and Welton which has had a direct effect on Dunholme Road. This road is also widely used as a cut off between the A158 and the A46.
