LCC lack of energy

I would like to report the lack of energy and interest by LCC staff who are paid taxpayers money to fix dangerous potholes that have been reported on numerous occasions with blind indifference. Dycote Lane has needed addressing for over a year and LCC appear too busy or likely to tired to fix it.
