There is an electric box within the garden area of the car park opposite cammacks. It has a padlock. As you can see from this photograph the door can be opened since the padlock is not through the clasp. Therefore anyone can get into the electrics and this box does show the danger sign. Note it is at ground level which means even toddlers could open it and touch the cables etc inside.
