Several potholes down main street scothern

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 405469.

This has been a problem for a long time now, I am a cyclist and several times I have very nearly come off, I had a puncture due to hitting one of these holes a couple of weeks ago, the road is really bad, don't understand why they didn't re-surface when they re-surfaced the rest of the road?
