Residents on kiln lane unable to place bins on verge as weeds not treated or grass cut this year. Previous years grass and weeds have been controlled. Overgrown brambles scratch vehicles Bins left on road due to difficult to push on verge, why has council stopped cutting grass / weeds nearby street kiln court near coop has overgrown buddlia weeds making difficult for residents parking
