Kerbstone too low leading to flooding from road water.

Reported via desktop in the Flooding category anonymously at 18:15, Tuesday 21 September 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 405628.

The kerbstone in front of the driveway for 27 and 29 Newark Road is too low. When it rains, all of the water from the road runs down the driveway and causes significant flooding on the drive and parking area. It is leading to damage to our drive and leaving oily deposits and pollution. LCC have recently raised the kerb at neighbouring properties, but this will actually exacerbate the problem for us unless the same is done for our driveway, as the water will be rediverted to our property, and from there also be returned to our neighbour's drive. This has been a persistent problem for several years but has got worse recently. Complaints have been made previously by ourselves and our neighbour who shares the drive.
