Subsidence of carriageway on Westbound carriageway

Reported via mobile in the Road surface issue category anonymously at 08:33, Wed 22 September 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 405657.

There is two sections of road, around 10 metres apart of subsidence in the carriageway heading into Bourne in this area. It has been getting worse over the past year and is becoming a serious hazard, as cars either get bounced around as they do national speed limit over them, or contravene onto the opposite carriageway to avoid the subsidence. Being a blind bend it’s a matter of time before an accident happens.
