  • The property at 27 St Peter's Avenue is empty and the gardens are overgrowing. We have reports that holly trees are overhanging from the garden at 27 St Peter's Avenue onto the public footpath that runs between St Aiden's park and St Peter's Avenue. Please can these be addressed and cut back as appropriate.
