**Emergency** bollard on floor wires exposed

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 406186.

Next to street light 23LCC there is a bollard that has been hit and has come out ground showing wires and getting wet, needs fixing asap as anyone can get a shock from it or could cause a fire as it’s getting wet
