Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 406267.

This looks very much like neglect over several years it covers Carter’s Bridge both sides wooden rails rotten or actually damaged a lot of weed growth and road signs missing characters and numbers

After a recent visit to site we acknowledge your concerns and accept that the white barriers have deteriorated in condition however, our resources are such that we have to restrict our efforts to dealing with significant safety issues at this moment in time. We will continue to monitor the site as part of our routine inspections and will review the situation as necessary. If the fault deteriorates significantly, please report it to us again. Thank you for reporting this matter.
