Uneven road surface around previously repaired section of road

Reported via mobile in the Road surface issue category anonymously at 16:06, Fri 1 October 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 406339.

Whenever a large vehicle, an HGV, PSV or Farm machinery travelling east along Fleetway passes over this uneven section of road it causes a strong vibration through the ground which shakes the bungalow. The section of road is on the bend opposite the end of Chapel Row. In addition the road has been dug up in the past and the surface of the repaired section of road is deteriorating and a large puddle forms on the roadway whenever it rains.

  • Sorry I realised I'd put the wrong direction of travel in the report. The vehicles travelling West cause the vibration and shaking.
