Health & Safety being ignored by Highways

Reported via mobile in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 09:15, Sun 3 October 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 406407.

URGENT ACTION REQUIRED! This has been reported for over two years now. Highways and ASIS Housing are passing the book between themselves. In my opinion, Highways must repair and shore this pavement up without any further delay. If anyone, especially an elderly person, should break an ankle then I assume Solicitors would, in the first instance, target Highways for compensation. URGENT ACTION REQUIRED!

  • Is there any point to fixmystreet anymore when they can report this as being fixed and therefore the complaint closed? As you will see from the pictures, this has NOT been repaired in anyway whatsoever. All they have done is a two minute job by placing a cover over it as a temporary safety measure. Can you tell me how long this cover is going to be left there. PLEASE REINSTATE THIS COMPLAINT!
