Tarmacked Path is covered with dead leaves and nettles (has 4 LCC street lamps on it

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 406443.

This path has been reported many times and has leaves and nettles covering it and 4 LCC street lamps on it BUT know one wants to accept responsibility for it! Heartsolme Park say it is not owned by them but is tarmacked has 4 LCC street lamps on it so must be owned by the council! If the council do not own it could you please tell us who is the owner please???
