  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because overrun is due to the parking of vehicles opposite. Vehicles then, especially refuse/delivery vehicles are having to overrun Lincolnshire County Council verges. This is not a safety defect and it would not be cost effective to constantly repair, especially in the winter months. We will review a solution in the Spring. This is an increasing problem in Boston owing to more parked cars and wider HGVs. Thank you for reporting this matter.

State changed to: No further action
