Parking signs sprayed over

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 406658.

Hi , the Commercial vehicle parking signs in Victoria Rd , George St and Admirality Rd have been sprayed over and this is causing problems for loading /unloading as the bays are now full of cars and the traffic wardens say they cannot do anything about it . Is it possible to have the paint removed ? Thanks.
