New Traffic Light Timing Issues

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 406715.

Since the new traffic lights have been installed at the cross road in North Hykeham, the traffic lights do not appear to allow enough traffic through them when on green. This week (while not in rush hour traffic or school traffic), it took me 22 minutes to get from 3/4 of the way down Moor Lane through the traffic lights onto Newark Road. The traffic lights were only letting approx 4/5 cars through the lights at any one time. It was always a busy road but the new traffic lights seemed to have hindered that even more.

  • I went to Asda and back yesterday............... my thoughts were that the timing was wrong too..... big queue both ways (N/S)
