Parking signs blacked out

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 406748.

Contacted Eldc who in turn pointed me to you. I live at no. 65 George Street and a number of parking signs on George Street, Mablethorpe have been blacked out with what looks like spray paint. Not sure if this has been done by Council or not. Also dog fouling sign outside my neighbour at no. 63. We have also had a 30mph sign flying down the road. Only noticed this week.

    Hi, After speaking to the lady this morning who came out to investigate, I have reviewed our cctv to see when the signs were vandalised. Found someone walking down George Street on 4/10/21 at 02.02 a.m. who sprayed the signs. One video attached (have another from different angle) but sorry for the quality, don't think from this you can gain an identity.
