Barriers put around pavement by council

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on pavement/verge category anonymously at 15:08, Sat 9 October 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 406842.

The barriers have been put near the top of Wyberton West Road, going towards the main road, where John Adams Way is. They have been there for 4-5 wks and nothing has been done to that bit of pavement at all.. they blew down almost straight away. My problem is that i use a mobility scooter, and its blocking the whole of the pavement so i cant get up to John Adams Way at all. Please can the council either take the barriers away or sort the pavement out. I cant get into town, or go to The Range, or local shop.
