Excessive mud and sludge
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 406869.
This is a public footpath. Vehicles are using this area and have creates holes. The rain that has fallen over the last couple of weeks has not drained and therefore the dirt has turned to mud and now a thick slurry. This is dangerous for walkers as is gripping boots that cause a person to fall over. Note that someone had put a layer of earth along the path which is usually made up of mostly sand. This is probably worsening the issue.
