"Covid" graffitti again on green utilities building near layby

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 406885.

This green utilities building seems a regular target for "Covid Con" graffitti, the latest batch has been there for a long time now, I thought that it would be monitored as it keeps happening there
